An automatic Lubrication system lubricates the generator agitator shafts at specified times for around the clock lubrication of the agitator shaft seals.
It is an air operated displacement type lubricator.
a.The twin valve control dispenses equal amounts of lubrication to each end of the generator agitator shaft, reducing the wear of the seals and shafts.
b.The solid state timer allows time cycles to be set in the range of 12 seconds and 13 minutes.
c. This is installed close to the MCC, such that it can also supply the necessary operating power to the automatic acetylene lubricator, if required.
