As our CEO and fourth generation owner, Rob has worked at Rexarc since 2002 and has led the company since 2012. From the start of his career in shipping and receiving, to the years spent in production and engineering then transitioning to sales and business development, Rob has had the unique opportunity to work at Rexarc in almost every department and role. He credits this diversity in allowing him to achieve a dynamic culture change, shifting from a more traditional autocratic management style to one of a highly engaged workforce.
In addition to setting the tone and culture of the company, Rob focuses on looking forward and determining what markets Rexarc needs to enter, exit or become more competitive within. He leads the Marketing and Sales department by planning initiative and implementation of activities that will help the company continue to achieve its vision.
When asked about some of the initiatives of which he is most proud of leading, Rob stresses the importance of an outside board of directors he created over a decade ago. This board has since provided invaluable advice and direction. He also credits the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) as an integral part of creating clarity around long term objectives and goals.
Rob describes the “Rexarc Difference” as having the ‘unique ability to provide custom vessels with customer communications at their desire” thereby eliminating the “chase” for information. This combined with our commitment to reinvesting in our people and processes allows Rexarc to stand apart from its competitors.
Outside of Rexarc, Rob is passionate about his wife, his two children and his beloved horses. A self proclaimed outdoor enthusiast, Rob loves to play golf and ride his horses competitively in the sport of Cowboy Mounted Shooting.
As with any great leader, looking to the future is an everyday occurrence. Rob is most excited about this next chapter of growth through expanded capabilities in all aspects of Rexarc’s current ASME vessel fabrication. He feels confident the team and culture he has created will be the way-makers for unlimited growth and opportunity for Rexarc!
